Any unauthorized use of the graphics, photographs or other content on the Sites may violate the law, including copyright law, trademark law and privacy and publicity rights.
   You may download material displayed on the Sites for your own non-commercial personal use, provided you do not remove or obscure Resilia’s copyright and other legal notices. If any of these Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under law, to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such terms shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
