Mike Leone is an accomplished pharmaceutical sales executive with broad therapeutic expertise. He has over 30 years of industry experience including the successful leadership of national sales teams at Bristol-Myers Squibb and First Horizon Pharmaceuticals. He then built a first-in-class specialty commercial team at Eyetech Pharmaceuticals, and was responsible for the successful turnaround of a key sales team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, North America. In addition to his role at Resilia, Mr. Leone serves as President of Strategic HealthCare Resources, LLC, a firm that provides mentoring for the development of sales teams and leaders, as well as general consulting services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He has broad experience in multiple therapeutic categories such as cardiovasculars, psychotherapeutics, community and hospital anti-infectives, ophthalmology, pain, metabolic disorders, and diabetes. Mr. Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of South Florida, including focused studies in microbiology, biophysics, and genetic variability. He completed executive coursework at the Darden, Wharton, and Kellogg Business Schools.
